In accordance with UK legislation, which officially banned the sale of disposable vapes as of June 1st, 2025, we have implemented strict measures to prevent orders of such products being placed or shipped to UK addresses. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this regulation.
For UK deliveries, a tracking number may be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Where applicable, our courier partners may also send SMS or email updates with estimated delivery windows.
For international orders, please note that we use a specialist shipping forwarder to handle consolidated cross-border deliveries. As a result, we do not have direct access to individual tracking numbers for parcels once they leave our UK dispatch point.
While most international deliveries are completed smoothly, we are unfortunately unable to provide tracking IDs for these shipments.

We act as exporters. Importer is responsible for making sure that goods purchased on our platform can be imported to the country of destination. We, as exporters that no responsibility for any import or legal problems.

We ship orders Monday to Thursday.

Once your order is packed and handed to our courier, your order status will change to “Completed”. This means your parcel is now on its way.

We appreciate your patience. Early delivery emails won’t speed things up — but we’re here if anything goes beyond that window.
We process and ship your order with care. After placing your order, please allow 1–2 working days for processing, followed by 8–10 working days for delivery.
Once processing is complete, your order status will change to “Completed” and you’ll receive the tracking number. After completing your order, please allow us 8-10 to ship it.

We aim to send out all orders within 24-48 hours of orders being placed and paid.
We always aim to keep our stock systems up to date however on some rare occurrences some items may be out of stock. A member of Customer Services will get in touch if there are any issue with your order. If you need to check the availability of items please email [email protected] or make a note in the notes section when processing your order.
If your order is urgent, please email [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate delivery requirements. Specific delivery times and weekend deliveries are available however we cannot guarantee these services.
